Eco-Friendly Transport Solutions Provided by SHINPACK
SHINPACK is a specialized manufacturer that provides one-stop design, manufacturing, and sales of transport containers for industrial parts in Thailand. The company offers highly unique transport containers, including a one-way steel transport container known as "STEECON".
Their core strength lies in providing solutions that optimize customers' logistics operations as a whole, including rental services, returnable product management support, and modifications of transport containers and racks regardless of whether they are made by SHINPACK or other manufacturers.
In May 2024, they introduced one of Southeast Asia's largest vibration and compression testing machines, enabling the delivery of optimal transport containers that meet exact customer requirements.

■ One-Way Steel Container "STEECON"
No nails or bolts are required, allowing anyone to easily pack and unpack. It is lightweight yet highly durable. By adopting steel, which allows for precise strength calculation, it can be manufactured with the optimal amount of packaging materials, resulting in a 55% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to conventional wooden boxes.

■ Returnable Steel Container
A foldable, space-saving transport container that can be used repeatedly. They also offer returnable racks, in-factory transfer racks, and lithium-ion battery storage containers. Beyond design, manufacturing, and sales, they provide maintenance services, container management support, and equipment modifications.

Maximizing CO2 Emission Reductions and Economic Effects with a Solar Power System
■ Background behind Implementing the Solar Power System
SHINPACK evaluated the implementation of solar power generation to reduce manufacturing costs at its factory. With automobile-related companies as its primary clients, the company also highly prioritizes carbon neutrality initiatives, determining that reducing CO2 emissions will remain crucial for the future. Consequently, the company selected a solar power rental service that requires no upfront initial investment.

■ Reasons for Choosing ITC ENEX

"Prior to implementation, they provided us with detailed explanations regarding technical expertise, latest trends, and potential risks associated with solar power generation. They proposed the most effective plan using multiple simulation patterns. They even climbed onto the factory roof to check the actual installation site.
Because ITC's implementation support and proposed plans offered higher reliability and expertise compared to other companies, we chose them as our implementation partner. Currently, we have introduced generation panels with a capacity of approximately 290 kW. Since it is generally difficult to achieve cost benefits with a scale below 500 kW, we had been turned down by other providers when we collected information in the past. However, ITC ENEX provided solid support even for a small-scale system, and we have been able to firmly achieve cost benefits since the service started operating." (Mr. Goshima, SHINPACK)

■ Benefits Felt After Introducing the Rental Service

"About nine months have passed since implementation, and our electricity bills have been reduced by nearly 30% on a monthly average, with an outlook of covering approximately 1.3 million THB worth of power annually through solar generation. Beyond the environmental measures through CO2 emission reductions, there are substantial economic benefits, so I strongly feel that introducing it was the right choice.
When power generation efficiency decreases, we receive technical after-sales follow-ups and advice from ITC ENEX, such as adjusting inverter reaction speeds and optimizing power usage inside the factory, allowing us to operate smoothly." (Mr. Goshima, SHINPACK)

▲ Pre-introduction training and maintenance operations

While taking subsequent operational results into account, SHINPACK is also considering a future expansion of the solar panels. This decision clearly demonstrates their high evaluation of ITC ENEX's precise pre-introduction simulations, careful installation work prioritizing safety, and exceptional quality of operational support.

ITC ENEX will continue to provide support in Thailand as a trusted solar power system partner capable of building long-term relationships.
