Project Implementation Process
① Proposal & Initial Consultation
We interview you to understand your current situation, explain our services, and present initial solutions.

② Preliminary Estimate
We provide a comprehensive solar power generation simulation and an initial cost-saving estimate.

③ On-site Survey & Detailed Diagnosis
Our engineering team conducts a thorough on-site inspection of your roof condition, structural strength, and equipment requirements.

④ Detailed Design & Final Quotation
We finalize the system architecture, select optimal hardware, verify structural engineering, and establish the final contract terms.

⑤ Contract Signing
We mutually agree on all terms and execute the PPA or rental agreement.

⑥ Installation & Commissioning
We execute full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) works, conduct rigorous system testing, and connect to the power grid.

⑦ Operation Start
Commercial power generation begins, and we transition the system to our remote monitoring and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) services.

Post-Installation Support & O&M
Panel cleaning
Panels are cleaned to maintain power generation efficiency.
Equipment inspection
Inspect the mounting structure of the frame and other equipment, as well as the panels, junction boxes, inverters, DC/AC collection boxes, and other equipment for any abnormalities.
Remote monitoring
By monitoring the operation status,we will quickly grasp the problem,consult with the customer,and respond quickly!
Troubleshooting
We will respond to issues or inquiries within 72 hours in principle,either online or onsite as needed.
Manufacturer Warranty Support
In the event that warranty service is required
Monthly Report
We provide a monthly report not only on power generation performance but also a comparison between actual economic benefits and the initial simulation.
